About The Project
We recently built a loft conversion in Leighton Buzzard on a property located on the same street as a previous project completed a year ago. The client opted for a dormer conversion featuring one large master bedroom alongside a stunning walk-in wardrobe, which would accommodate their needs perfectly. All planning and permissions required for the project were completed by DJ Moore Lofts, allowing our team to complete construction work within 4-weeks.
What We Did:
A full-width rear dormer was built with an iron-grey exterior cladding. Inside, a new Ideal Logic Combi boiler was installed, changing the client’s current system to a pressured water system to aid a future bathroom remodel, which would be scheduled for a later date.
Our team of professionals fitted a set of stairs in one of the smaller boxed rooms, providing the client with large useable floor space in their new loft conversion. This would also enhance access to the room, boosting functionality.
Our clients were over the moon with their space and now have the master bedroom they had hoped for!
