About The Project
The clients at this property already had their own plans and designs drawn up. After meeting with them, we suggested changing the layout slightly, to maximise the space the loft had, so they would have a larger bedroom.
Our team completed this project in 4 weeks, which included the installation of a new boiler and megaflow system. The exterior of the dormer was finished in the ever popular iron grey cladding, which is very in keeping with the surrounding properties.
The clients are looking forward to moving into their new bedroom, which also includes a small practical en suite.
