About The Project
This is a conversion on a 2 bedroom terraced house, on a relatively new housing estate.
Our clients were looking to maximise the potential space their loft had to offer, and we aided them through the planning and design process, to help them achieve the plan of creating 2 bedrooms and a cloakroom toilet in their loft, without impacting the layout of the first floor.
With a rear flat roof dormer finished in iron grey cladding, we were able to make one of the bedrooms larger and more suitable for the clients oldest child.
Overall the clients were extremely happy, and through their word of mouth we are actually in the planning and design stages of creating a loft conversion for one of their family members, which we will be doing later in the year!
