About The Project
Our team recently completed this stunning dormer loft conversion in Bedford for a wonderful family looking to create extra bedrooms for their growing children. Through a double pitched dormer, we built two additional bedrooms and a lovely bathroom, allowing our client to extend their new house in Marston Moretaine with minimal disruption.

What We Did:
To maximise space, we built two pitched roof dormers at the front of the property and rendered these in a colour-matched shade, making the conversion look as if it was an original feature. These were complete with multiple Velux windows to create bright, airy and usable rooms.
As the property was an L-shape, there was a rear apex that was slightly lower. We used this to create a dressing area for one of our bedrooms, and our carpenter, George, built bespoke fitted furniture to slot into the eaves, creating the perfect storage space.
We also installed a four-piece bathroom suite in the loft, including a shower and freestanding bath, which looks fantastic underneath the large SK06 Velux window.
This has been another brilliant conversion and is the perfect example of what can be created with a truss roof. We were able to create just what this family envisioned, and thrilled with their experience, they kindly added another 5-star review to our Facebook page!
