Here we have a recent loft conversion completed just in time for Christmas. This type of property is ideal for a loft conversion, as with minimum disruption to the existing layout we can put the stairs up and over the existing ones, leading up to a large master bedroom with en suite.
All the internal work was completed in under 4 weeks. Our client decided to change the finish of the exterior, so we had to apply for planning permission. Once granted we were able to get all the exterior cladding finished in 2 days, leaving the clients with a fantastically large loft conversion. The clients were blown away by their new space, and as a thanks they gave us some chocolates and a thank you card!
