Dormer Conversion – Wootton

Here we built a 10m flat roof dormer to give the clients 2 double bedrooms and a large bathroom.
The stairs were fitted up and over the existing stairs, with a stunning Velux window combination of 2 x MK12 windows with 1 smaller roof window in each bedroom.
The clients had a clear vision as to how they wanted the dormer to look after seeing some of our previous works. They chose to have grey cladding with anthracite coloured windows, along with grey fascia. Personally, I think this is the best colour combination when finishing a dormer. It looks modern and contemporary.
The clients chose to upgrade a few things along the way, such as dimmable down lights and all sockets to have USB plugs built in. We helped guide the clients to their dream loft conversion for their growing family, and this loft certainly gave them plenty of usable space and 2 large storage areas with access from each bedroom.
