About The Project

This flat roof dormer in Leighton buzzard was completed in just over 4 weeks. The loft comprised of a master bedroom with a small bathroom, and a large landing area that was also going to be used as a playroom/snug.

Our clients already had their plans and calculations, so we were able to start sooner and complete the loft for them just before Christmas as planned.

We also installed a Mega flow water system for them. This removed the existing old water tanks in the loft but gave them a more powerful system for the extra bathroom that was being added in the loft conversion.
The dormer is finished in a hardie plank cladding that the client had chosen, and they loved the fact that they had a few options on the finish of the dormer.

Now the clients have a fantastic guest room with somewhere for the kids to play undisturbed.
