With a house in the stunning lakeside estate of Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, our client wanted to maximise their space without compromising on the external aesthetics of the property. Using our 3D modelling technology and experience with loft conversions in Milton Keynes, we showed our client how much space they could create by extending the dormer, and they gave us the green light to go big and bold.

What We Did:
With a large master bedroom and spacious bathroom, our team expertly utilised the space available in this conversion. The master bedroom features a floating wall to create a more private dressing area with a large fitted wardrobe.
To maximise the room’s natural light, we installed two SK06 Velux windows and a large dormer window that matches the property’s existing frames. Our client recently replaced the property’s windows, and our new windows completed a stylish makeover.
The jewel in the crown of this conversion is the luxurious bathroom. Finished with stunning floor tiles, the substantial en-suite comes stocked with a freestanding bath and double shower tray. Our client will wake up to five-star treatment each morning with their gorgeous private bathroom.
The new stairway with oak detailing blends seamlessly into the existing interior as a welcoming entrance to a beautiful bedroom.
