About This Project

This conversion had 2 small flat roof dormers, one at the front for the master bedroom and one at the rear for the En suite.

We built these 2 dormers and finished them with a cement fibre cladding that the customer requested. This finish really made a statement, and made it look modern without taking away any of the existing features of the property.

Inside we worked to the plans provided by the clients, and by adding a few new ideas and suggestions, we made the loft bigger and utilised more of the space. An example of this was changing the layout of the stairs, which allowed more space for the wardrobes.

The client supplied a beautiful bathroom suite, which complimented the modern feel that we were aiming for. The overall finish of the master bedroom was also lovely and modern, giving a light and airy feel to the room.
