About The Project
We were invited to quote for a lovely family, for a dormer conversion comprising of 2 bedrooms with an en-suite to the master bedroom.
The clients were keen to maximise the overall space throughout the whole property, and we were asked to additionally convert the garage and open up the ground floor so that they could have a large open kitchen/dining area.
As the loft conversion came under ‘Permitted Development’ we only needed to seek planning permission for the garage. Our design team organised all of this for us, and took care of all of the relevant paperwork.
Overall, a fantastic looking conversion, with great utilised space to help this family maximise their houses’ potential.
