About The Project
This L shaped dormer conversion comprised of a large master bedroom with a large luxurious en suite. The build took 4 weeks to build. The clients already had their own plans and design drawings, but were missing the structural drawings. We recommended our structural engineer, who worked with the existing plans and were able to maximise the head height.
The bedroom benefits from a stunning Juliet balcony and 2 large Velux windows, and the en suite has a large obscured window to allow in plenty of natural light.
We were able to install the new set of stairs up and over the existing staircase, which reduced disruption.
We are extremely happy with the outcome of this conversion, it has a very luxurious modern feel to it, and the clients were over the moon with their new space!
