Q.Why should I consider a loft conversion?

A.With the costs of moving, and the increase in house prices, having a loft conversion is a less expensive and easier way of upsizing your home. It can also add value to your property.

Q.Can any type of loft be converted?

A.In most cases yes. However, there are a few requirements, for example, we require a minimum of 2.3m head height in your loft for a conversion to be viable.

Q.Do you have your own architect or do I need to source one?

A.We have our own architect and design team that we work closely with to help keep things cost effective for you. However, you can certainly use your own architect if you wish.
